I received the bracelet and it was broken in its envelope! So I can't wear the bracelet because the clip broke. I have written to the company 3 times now and no response from them. I find it sad to buy jewelry with such poor quality.

Super pretty but it doesn't stay tight and fastened for super long. It slowly gets lose
