I was very skeptical about all of this jewelry as my ear gets irritated with a lot of cheaper stuff but it's all really good quality. I wear these hoops all day/all night/in the shower etc. and no sign of wear or fading yet. The clasp is a little different, it's like a little piece that snaps into a hole - so just be gentle with it when snapping it in or you could bend it out of shape. The perfect, small, basic classy hoop with a little bit of texture!
